HHC has a user a friendly process that has been used in multiple houses in the City of Oswego. If you use this service,  you can work with HHC for a custom color scheme to your liking - not just restricted to our booklet.  He can help make improvements to historical placements and often sees possibilities that even historically sensitive homeowners cannot. In short, you would use HHC if you were interested in considering improving the authenticity of your historical color placement/palette.
